Register Your Interest

1. Responsibility for My Dog. I understand that I am responsible for my dog's behaviour and safety at all times during training. I will follow instructions and keep my dog under control.
2. Health and Vaccination. My dog is healthy, free from contagious illness, and appropriately vaccinated. I will not bring my dog to training if they are unwell.
3. Assumption of Risk. I understand that dog training involves some risk of injury to myself, my dog, or others, and I accept these risks.
4. Release of Liability. I agree that Darren Scahill is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage that may occur during training sessions.
5. Use of Training at Home. I understand that applying training techniques outside sessions is my responsibility, and Darren Scahill is not liable for incidents that occur at home or in public.
6. Children and Visitors. Anyone I bring to training (including children) is my responsibility.
7. Medical and Veterinary Costs. If I or my dog is injured, I am responsible for any related medical or veterinary expenses.

These additional terms apply only if you are enrolling in behaviour-modification services for aggression, reactivity, fear, or bite-risk behaviours.

8. Full Disclosure of Behaviour. I have fully disclosed all known behavioural issues, including aggression, reactivity, fear responses, bite history, or incidents involving people or animals. I understand that withholding information increases risk and may result in termination of services.
9. Assumption of Significant Risk. I understand that working with dogs who display high-risk behaviours carries unavoidable risks of injury, property damage, or serious incidents. I voluntarily accept all such risks.
10. Extended Release of Liability. I release Darren Scahill from all claims, demands, or liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from: my participation in behaviour-modification training; my dog's behaviour during or after training; incidents occurring on or off the training premises; and the use or misuse of training techniques or equipment. This applies even if the trainer has been made aware of potential risks.
11. Responsibility for My Dog Beyond Sessions. I remain solely responsible for my dog's behaviour at all times, including during sessions, between sessions, at home, in public, and around other people or animals.
12. Equipment Use. I agree to use all training and safety equipment exactly as instructed. Any use outside the trainer's guidance is at my own risk.
13. Dog Health. My dog is healthy enough to participate. I accept responsibility for any injury or medical condition that arises during training.
14. No Guaranteed Outcomes. I understand that behaviour modification cannot guarantee specific results or eliminate risk.
15. Termination of Services. The trainer may discontinue services if safety concerns arise or if instructions are not followed.
